2010/2011 Enrollment and Registration Info

Steps to Enrolling in Olympic View Montessori:

1.)   Call Olympic View Montessori at (425)640-0746 to set up a classroom observation. This is for parents only, to observe our classroom in action.  

2.)   Set up a time for your child to come into the classroom and spend time with the teacher (this is sometimes called an interview).

3.)   Turn in application with $25 application fee to Olympic View Montessori. (Children who currently attend have received this and get until February 5th to  re-enroll). 

4.)    By March 15th, depending on availability , you should receive a letter offering you a space at Olympic View Montessori. If you desire to take this space, turn in the enclosed Enrollment form and registration fee.  

5.)    If space is not available in your desired class time, another space may be offered or a wait list spot will be offered. You can either take the spot offered or wait list, or withdraw your application form. All fees are non-refundable.

Schedule Options:

3-day Preschool: Tues, Wed, Thurs
4-day Preschool: Mon - Thurs.
Kindergarten: (3 full days or
4 half days minimum required)

Class Hours:

Mornings:
8:45am - 9:00am (drop-off)
11:45am - 12:00pm (pick up)

Afternoons:
12:15pm - 12:30pm (drop-off)
3:15pm - 3:30pm (pick up)

Full Day:
8:45am - 9:00am (drop-off)
3:15pm - 3:30pm (pick up)

There is an annual, non-refundable registration fee of $125 (new students) or $100 (returning students) required at the time of registration which will hold a child's place until the class term begins.
